Dian Lir Widhiati
Founder, Business Advisor
Dian has more than 20 years of experience managing finance in medium and large corporations in different continents. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration of the Texas A&M University's Mays Business School. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Prior to starting DW Consulting, Dian worked with Schlumberger, the S&P’s largest oil field services company. She held various finance executive positions and managed businesses at the sub segment and global level. Dian was one of the elected Agents of Change in Schlumberger when the company underwent transformation. Her interests have expanded from corporate finance to business strategy and performance improvement. She has proven track records working with her team, turning around struggling businesses into thriving ones.
Passionate about being involved in the community, Dian serves as an active member of Financial Council of her church.
Dian is also an angel investor for village farmers in Asia. She started investing when the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020 to create jobs and economic sustainability for low-income earners.
